The check-in process was efficient , even at a late hour of 3:00 a.m. I found the room clean and tidy. The room included all necessary amenities. Breakfast offered a great variety of options , accommodating different dietary preferences. Albina provided excellent guidance and helpful advice for exploring the city. Her assistance greatly improved our navigation and sightseeing plans. The staff members are courteous and polite. I found their helpfulness valuable. The hotel is a short five-minute walk from the Pimlico station. This station is on the Victoria line. The location provides easy access to various attractions. The area felt safe and secure . I found the room equipped with a kettle , tea bags , and coffee. A hairdryer and towels were also available. The bathroom was clean , and I appreciated the availability of basic amenities.
